Redeemer Church of Waterford welcomes you to join us on Sunday, October 25th, 2026 at 10:30 am as we celebrate Pastor Paul & Terri Edwards 25 years of pastoring in Waterford, Michigan. Paul and Terri came to Calvary Baptist Church in Waterford in October of 2001 and planted Redeemer Church of Waterford in November of 2013.
While there have been many men who have influenced Pastor Paul in his more than 40 years of pastoring and preaching, the greatest living influence on him has been Alistair Begg whom he first met in 1988 when Alistair came to preach at Temple Baptist Church in Redford, Michigan where Paul was on staff as a 26-year-old

Alistair Begg is the Bible teacher on Truth For Life, a daily and weekend program that brings the exposition of Scripture to a global audience through radio, podcast, and a wide range of digital and streaming platforms. Since its launch in 1995, Truth For Life has featured teaching drawn from Alistair’s decades of faithful preaching at Parkside Church, where he served as senior pastor from 1983 until 2025.
Today, Alistair is actively engaged with Truth For Life and speaks frequently at conferences throughout the United States and around the world, where he encourages pastors, theology students, and believers and proclaims the Gospel to those who have yet to come to faith in Jesus Christ.
Alistair is the author of several books, including Name Above All Names, Pray Big, and Brave by Faith. His books have been translated into many languages and are read by a global audience.
Alistair began in pastoral ministry in 1975 after graduating from the London School of Theology. Before joining Parkside Church, he served for eight years in Scotland, ministering at Charlotte Chapel in Edinburgh and Hamilton Baptist Church.
Alistair and his wife, Susan, have been married since 1975. They have three grown children and nine grandchildren.

All of our services are open to the public. Our church is located at 2274 Crescent Lake Road in Waterford, Michigan, across from the Waterford Township Civic Campus, one mile north of Highland Road (M-59). Directions to Redeemer Church
Overflow Parking
There are rare occasions when you may not be able to find a parking space in our lot. Overflow parking is available at 2303 Crescent Lake Road, less than 1 block to the north of our facility on the west side of Crescent Lake Rd.
Childcare
A clean, safe, and secure nursery, staffed by trained volunteers who have passed a comprehensive background screening, is available for infants and toddlers (0 - 2 years old) during our Morning Worship Service at 10:30 am.
Children's Worship
Your elementary age children we will be dismissed just before the sermon during the Morning Worship Service at 10:30 am for practical, age-graded Bible lessons led by our trained and screened volunteers. If you choose, your children may stay with you for the entire Worship Service.
- Sunday Morning at 9:00 am is our Bible Teaching Hour. We meet for 50 minutes of instruction from the Bible.
- Sunday Morning at 10:30 am we have our main gathering of the week where we hear and sing God's word and respond to him.
- Sunday Evening at 6:00 pm we conclude the Lord's Day together with worship and the preaching of God's word.
