What are the evidences that I have truly been born again or regenerated by the work of the Holy Spirit?


In reading of Hebrews 6, some make the assumption that verses 4 and 5 are evidences of regeneration when in reality those verses merely point to EXPERIENCES any person - even unbelieving people - can have when under the influence of the gospel.


The EVIDENCES of regeneration are actually in verses 9 - 12.
