The Apostle Paul makes a clear statement in Romans 11:26: "And so all Israel shall be saved."

Before the second coming of Christ, in what sense can it be true that ALL Israel will finally and forever be saved when for most of Jewish history the Jews have rejected Jesus Christ as their Messiah?
