Copastor for Vision & Preaching

About Redeemer Church
Redeemer Church is a Reformed Baptist Congregation (1689 London Baptist Confession) planted in Clarkston, Michigan in November 2013. In July 2017 we purchased an existing church building in Waterford, Michigan (35 miles north of Detroit) where we presently meet for worship in a debt-free property with a membership of 48 and an average attendance of approximately 80.

About the Copastor for Vision & Preaching
We are seeking a spiritually called and qualified man to join us as Copastor for Vision & Preaching to serve alongside our Founding & Teaching Pastor in all aspects of the pastoral ministry at Redeemer Church. This is a full-time position which requires relocation to Waterford, Michigan.

Redeemer Church is in the final phase of its pastoral transition as our Founding & Teaching Pastor eventually transitions to retirement. Bringing in a God-called and qualified man now will allow him to become acclimated to the culture of Redeemer Church prior to the Founding Pastor’s transition.

The Copastor for Vision and Preaching will serve alongside our elders under the prayerful direction of the Holy Spirit to develop the vision for Redeemer Church moving forward.

The Copastor for Vision & Preaching will share preaching responsibilities with the Founding & Teaching Pastor, developing expositional sermon series as he is led by the Holy Spirit.
