What is to characterize the thinking and behavior of those who have been made new through reconciliation with God by faith in Jesus Christ?
The Apostle first tells us that we are NOT to conduct ourselves like those who have never been regenerated, and goes on in Ephesians 4:17-19 to describe in detail the cause and consequence of the condition of the unregenerate mind.
